Mentors

Mentors is a 30-month initiative aimed at enhancing the role of sports referees in children’s education, in collaboration with families. This project, supported by the Erasmus+ program, seeks to create a positive, inclusive, and educational sports environment by fostering collaboration among referees, families, and coaches. By integrating core values such as respect, fairness, perseverance, and responsibility, we aim to guide young athletes in their journey of personal and social growth, both on and off the field.
