Cross Analysis Research Report

MENTORS Training Format

The training will adopt a holistic approach, offering coaches, referees, and parents both theoretical knowledge on collaboration and practical guidance on applying the four behavioral sport models. The aim is to equip participants with effective tools to support children’s development.

The game will include 30 simulated scenarios (10 per profile), specifically designed for coaches, referees, and parents. Players will face real-world challenges in sports settings and learn how to respond effectively. It provides an engaging, user-friendly learning experience.

This report will assess the knowledge acquired by coaches, referees, and parents through pre- and post-assessments, highlighting the positive effects of an integrated approach to supporting children’s development in sports.
